Please, follow these instructions for an on line appointment:
Send me an email (or fill in the contact form with your full name, address, phone number, skype ID and the reason (briefly) for contacting me at least 7 days before the chosen date.
– You receive a (pre)confirmation regarding the possible dates and time to meet on line, according to both our availabilities.
– Once we settle the date, you need to send the payment by Paypal (free, no extra charges for you, unless you choose the option “buy a service”, then you’ll need to add 3 euros Paypal fees and pay 73 euros for an individual session and 83 for a couple/family session – the amount needs to be send /payed at least 48h /72 (Friday before 12 pm if the appointment is supposed to be on Monday after) – fee to be sent by Paypal to bestherapie.alsace@gmail.com – before the appointment . (Keep in mind that the session will be confirmed once the payement is received, otherwise, the session is cancelled and will be replaced automatically, you’ll not get a refund without a medical reason/ document); you could also use a bank account (transfer), if you’re already client and working with Bestherapie.
Note: Please take into account the delay for transfer (if not an instant one, a proof of payment should be send by email). I’ll contact you once the fee is received in order to confirm our online session.(For more information about the delay at least 7 working days, please contact your bank).
Once the payment by Paypal s received, a zoom /link will be sent to your email. (and the receipt scanned).
Please note: once the appointment is confirmed by email, it could not be cancelled or delayed/replaced (without a medical reason/document) and there is no refund.IN order to have a new appointment, please get back to me again by emaL; Thank you for your cooperation!

– The day that we fixed our appointment (on the phone), you can call me on my number above; (while calling me, phone call costs or fees are at your charge).
Fees/Tariffs online or telephone sessions:
Individual session:
30 minutes = 50 euros
50 minutes = 70 euros
Couple counseling session:
55 minutes = 80 euros
Other: to be discussed according to a personnalised therapy or coaching programme & your needs (unemployment, frequancy, goals etc).
Note: All briefings, ressources (worksheets, KIts Bestherapie, mp3 etc) are included as usually (for your on line or/and face to face sessions). Hypnotherapy sessions are available only face to face, never on line!
