Regarding your participation to our workshops/groups, please keep in mind the following aspects:

– Active listening and non-judgmental exchanges
– Small sized groups – 4/6 participants
– Individual session in order to settle specific goals before making the decision to attend the suitable group
– Pragmatic tools and methods: role plays, worksheets, NPL, Non Violent communication tools etc
– You’re welcome to arrive 5 minutes before the beginning of each session
